Standard Return Policy
You may return an item within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 17 days of delivery (see list of exceptions). We will inspect all returned items and will not issue a refund for opened or used products. You are responsible for the return shipment amount and will not be refunded the original shipping amount.
If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

If you do not call us prior, we reserve the right not to issue the refund. You must make an effort to protect the items in transit in order to receive the refund or exchange.
Orders Not Received do to Carrier
Orders that do not deliver in full or in part, as a result of carrier error must be reported within 30 days of the original shipping notification to receive a replacements. You may be asked to comply with information request made by the carrier. We ask that you kindly comply so that we may offset costs we have incurred.
Orders Damaged by the carrier
Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery of product to receive replacements(s). Please send pictures of the packaging and damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may process a replacement order and file a claim with the carrier. The carrier may come to retrieve the product from the delivery site, you will need to provide the product in the original box and packaging to the carrier as requested, there are no costs to you.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of delivery, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived. Inaccuracies must be reported within 3 days or forfeiture will occur. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product has not been used, or damaged, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
Products will not be refunded after 5 days.
Products must be purchased DIRECTLY from Harvest Lane Honey’s website harvestlane.com and not through any retailer to be eligible.
