Making Envelop Sealing Wax with Beeswax

Are you getting ready to send out invitations and wanting them to look super fancy, and glamorous? How about trying to add a sealing wax to the card? Here is an easy way to make sealing wax with beeswax.

Ingredients:

• 2 inches of fabric glue
• 1 inch of beeswax
• 1 teaspoon powder dye of your choosing
• 1 tea candle
• 1 toothpick
• 1 container to mix with (preferably a small tin can)
• Then something to hold the tin cup. (Could be a metal candle holder with a hole on the bottom.

Directions:

1. Add the beeswax, and fabric glue together in the tin container.
2. Ignite the flame, and mix the beeswax, and fabric glue. (Make sure it doesn’t bubble if so pull away and then restart the process)
3. Add the dye.

Now you’re ready to pour!
