Beeswax Wood Polish

Beeswax Wood Polish

Making wood polish is easier than it sounds. It only has 4 steps! This can be used around the house, to make your wood products shine and smell good.

Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces of beeswax
  • 6 ounces of olive oil
  • Double boiler (see instructions down below if you don’t have that)
  • Essential oils
  • Mason jar or metal tin
  • Candle thermometer
Directions:
  1. Melt the beeswax in the double boiler or if you don’t have one get one big pot to fill an inch of water in the bottom, then add a smaller pot in the middle.
  2. Add the olive oil and mix well.
  3. Add the essential oil and make it as strong as you want.
  4. The more you add the stronger it smells, the less you add the less of a fragrance it has.
  5. Pour the mixture into the mason jar, and seal it for 7 hours to let it harden.
Enjoy your homemade wood polish!
