For this fall season, get ready to try our favorite honey pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. This treat is really easy to make and is one of our favorite family recipes here at Harvest Lane Honey. This recipe just requires cake mix, pumpkin purée, chocolate chips and honey. Another added bonus is that these cookies are allergy-friendly cookies to most common allergies.
Ingredients:
- 1 box of spice, or carrot cake mix ( you can swap it out for a gluten free friendly choice )
- 1/2 bag of milk chocolate chips
- 1 12 oz of pumpkin purée
- 3/4 of honey
Directions:
Step 1: Turn the stove to 350.
Step 2: Combine all the ingredients into one bowl.
Step 3: Scoop it up and roll it. ( it should be about the size of a golf ball )
Step 4: Set cookies on a cookie sheet with a non stick spray applied to it. As well cookies should be at least 3 inches apart.
Step 5: Leave cookies in the oven to 20-25 mins or until they are firm.
Step 6: Let cookies cool for 15 minutes.
